Targeted services and universal support programs derive greatest outcomes for both children and caregivers when they are supported in concert. Our Trauma Informed Education and Training Services address the individual and the relational needs of both children and caregivers, enhancing long-term impacts of relationship focused interventions.
Aligned with Australian Professional Standards and delivered by highly qualified education and mental health professionals, our training sessions are tailored to address the specific needs of educators, child support professionals and parents/carers. Flexibility is present in the content and the utilisation of time. To ensure intimacy and opportunity to address individuals in the training engagements, participation numbers are capped. Attendees will leave with increased understanding of trauma and its impact upon children, relationships, and wellbeing. Attendees also leave with clear strategies for what they are able to do connect with children and support them to overcome their challenges.
Our facilitators are able to travel across Australia to deliver these services.
