If you intend remembering KidsXpress in your Will, we suggest the following legal* wording be used:
I give, free of all duties and taxes, to KidsXpress ABN 65 117 488 570, (insert the percentage or residue of your estate / the specific amount of money / or the details of assets you wish to leave), to be used for the general purposes of KidsXpress. The receipt of an authorised officer of KidsXpress will be a sufficient discharge to my executor.
