To establish a supportive network for the child, we prefer referrals from appropriate professionals actively engaged with the child and/or family, typically from the health, education, or welfare sectors. Examples of such professionals include GP’s, school counsellors, and caseworkers.
Alternatively, parents/carers may refer their child when no other services are involved.

Referrers are required to contact us for a KidsXpress referral pack. Referral forms should be completed by professionals or by the parent/carer in the case of self-referrals.
One referral form per child is required, including a signed consent form by the referrer and/or parent/carer.
Completed referrals should be emailed to referrals@kidsxpress.org.au or posted to:
